A professionally designed website is one of the best investments you can make in your business. It allows you to focus on your zone of genius while also supporting you to save time and money (that you would otherwise be spending DIY'ing your site). However, there are times when having a DIY site is the best (temporary) solution; i.e., you are just starting out and do not have the ability to invest in a pro designer but are able to afford a template and feel capable of customizing it.

What is your lead time? How long will it be before I am booked and secured on your calendar?
Lead times vary on the service you are booking, but in general, you can secure a spot within 2-4 weeks of booking. I intentionally structure my calendar with space and flexibility in the hopes that those choosing to work with me will have a minimal lead time. If you have a last minute project that you are hoping to have completed as soon as possible, feel free to send your request via email directly and I will do all I can to accommodate and get you and your project taken care of in your timeline.

Additionally, if you would like professional support for copywriting, I will provide you with a list of copywriters I trust and recommend.

Additionally, to make it easier for you, I will provide you with comprehensive training videos and an easy-to-follow Showit Guidebook (that is included in your website design package).
And, if you decide you would like my support moving forward, I offer Showit maintenance and will gladly maintain your site for you!

Tell me about the process and what I can expect for our Website In A Day project.
1. You will complete my short inquiry form and I will contact you directly to answer any questions you have prior to proceeding.
2. When ready to proceed, you will make your deposit payment (or full payment) and then you will receive an invitation to book your day as well as all of your client exploration assignments and homework.
3. Once you have everything delivered back to me, I will review it all and get to work on preparing for the big day.
4. On design day, we will meet for one hour in the morning to review our next steps and our strategy on proceeding. Throughout the day while designing, we will meet to review a few times; but for the most part, you are able to go about your day as usual.
5. Once your branding and website are complete, you will receive a final offboarding and next steps email and just like that, you will be ready to share your beautiful and strategic new site with the world!
