DO YOU GUARANTEE COMPLETION oF DELIVERABLES ON MY INTENSIVE?

While we will make it our goal to accomplish all of the deliverables on your list, we are not able to guarantee this. A huge benefit of design intensives is the high quality design you receive in an expedited turnaround; and part of this is that you are booking us for dedicated design hours and versus a set of deliverables.

With that in mind, we have worked diligently to be greatly efficient and productive on our intensives; and we are confident you will be thrilled by all that we can accomplish for you in our allotted design time.

And, if by the time we are complete there are additional items on your list that you'd like to revisit, we can always add on a half or full day of additional time to continue our time together.

DO YOU OFFER A REDUCED RATE FOR COMBINED SERVICES?

As a way to show our overwhelming gratitude for our clients who trust us to book more than one package, we offer discounted add-on services that are available exclusively with any of our intensives (looking at you, reduced rate mini-brand intensive!). We also offer a 10% discount on any subsequent packages that are booked alongside another full service (aka, we cut the coupons for you on this one!).

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY FILES AT THE END OF MY PROJECT?

For branding intensives and some maintenance intensives, you will have a variety of very fun and beautifully designed files that will make your project feel SO real! Depending on the project, you will have files in multiple formats and all of your branding colors (this will all be super clear and easy to navigate).

Our team will provide a link to a Google drive where all of your files will be clearly labeled and organized. They will be stored there for 14 days so you have plenty of time to download them as you prepare to share them with the world (you will receive a reminder to download your files prior to our removal of them).

HOW MUCH AM I INVOLVED IN THE WHOLE INTENSIVE PROCESS?

Your involvement in the preparation is the most significant and important part of the process as this ensures we are set up for the greatest success on your design day. Additionally, you will need to be available to connect briefly and review/offer feedback on what we have done throughout the design intensive day. Our team will ensure you are aware of what is needed from you every step of the way, and will offer support with any part of the process that you may need extra help on.

DO YOU DESIGN WEBSITES SOLELY ON THE SHOWIT PLATFORM?

We design primarily only on Showit; we also offer Shopify design and integration as part of our maintenance intensives. After five years of designing on Showit, my appreciation for it is greater than ever. A few of the reasons I cannot get enough of it: ease of use, overall functionality, codeless development, unmatched customer support, built-in SEO, mobile optimization, unlimited sub-domains... and, it's SO dang beautiful!

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE SHOWIT YET?

The Showit website platform is available on a monthly or annual subscription. If you don't yet have it, you'll need to have your subscription, and provide us with design access, prior to our design day. Additionally, if you are wanting the option of having your site be live right away, your domain will need to be connected prior to our design day (support on this is also something we offer in our maintenance packages).

WHERE DO I GET A SHOWIT TEMPLATE? IS THE COST SEPARATE?

You can purchase a template from any template designer of your choice (there truly are endless wildly talented designers out there!); in this case, the cost of the template is separate from the investment into your design intensive. Additionally, you can select a template design from our library. When you purchase from our template shop with a website design intensive, you will receive 20% off of your template price.

DO YOU OFFER COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZED WEBSITE DESIGN?

We recognize not everyone's business will be fully supported with our semi-custom website design solution. If you and your brand are in need of something that is completely custom and exclusive to your brand only, our team would love to help. WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PLAN STRUCTURE? DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

It is a core value of ours to offer high-end design that is accessible.

Our standard payment plan structure is a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 50% due 7 days prior to your scheduled intensive. If this is not something you can commit to, please let us know and we will work with you to the best of our ability.

Additionally, for non-profits, anyone serving the BIPOC community, and ministries & missions-based organizations, we offer additional discounts to thank you for the invaluable work you are doing. If this is you, please connect with us via our inquiry form.

HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE YOUR OVERALL DESIGN STYLE?

We describe our design style as clean, subtle, minimal with a splash of playfulness and emotion. However, we have worked with clients who have styles that really are all over the map, and our goal for your project will be to design strategically for you and your audience so our design will reflect that style more than anything!
